Q: I ordered but I don't have a confirmation e-mail or dispatch information.
A: Our system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail and sends to the e-mail address you provided on the order. These e-mails can often get lost in a Junk Mail folder or even not reach the sender if their address has been entered incorrectly. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us for peace of mind.
You will receive an email with a dispatch confirmation as well as tracking information as soon as your order has been made, packed and shipped.
Q: Are your products cruelty free?
A: Our products are entirely cruelty free and vegan friendly, we go above and beyond to source responsible ingredients and packaging.
Q: Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
A: During pregnancy it is advised to avoid certain essential oils in different trimesters of the pregnancy. While essential oils are fabulous for their aromatherapy properties, there is good reason to avoid them at these crucial times!
Most of our products contain fragrance oil.
We do offer SOME aromatherapy products which include essential oils, please check products for warnings before purchase.
Q: Are your products good for sensitive skin/children?
A: We cannot provide medical advice on this topic, everyone has different skin types and sensitivities. We are not medically trained to advise on this so products must be used at your own discretion, particularly with medical conditions. The only advice we would give is to try a small amount of product to start, for example a few of our bath rocks.

Q: How much is postage and packaging?
A: We charge a flat rate of £4 for all orders weighing under 2kg within the UK. This covers the cost of next day (where applicable) delivery as well as packaging costs (boxes, labels etc). Our parcels that are in large size or heavier than 2kg will go up to £6.99 shipping however we are always working on reducing our shipping costs for our customers. We are a small family run business and believe our prices are fair, including packaging and VAT charges.
Q: What kind of packaging do you use?
A: We are always developing and learning about the best ways to protect our products whilst using the least amount of waste. We currently use cardboard boxes, Kraft tape and kraft hive paper to protect products! Our bomb are wrapped in Kraft paper bags and our whipped soaps and scrubs come in recyclable tins. Our carpet dusts and bath rocks also came in Kraft tubs, I don’t think we could get any more eco friendly if we tried!
Q: My order is wrong or something is missing.
A: We are only human! Of course we accept responsibility for any errors that may occur on orders, if you drop us an e-mail with your order number and what items are missing or wrong we will do our best to rectify this.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: As of January 2021 we are proud to begin offering wholesale to our business customers. Please see our 'Wholesale' page for further details.
Q: When will you be restocking x,y or z?
A: We continuously restock our website as often as humanly possible! All of our products are hand made and hand painted to order so we stock as many as we feel we can keep up with realistically while keeping our wait times as short as possible!
Q. How long does it take to send my order?
A: We handmake everything to order, we will advise at the top of our home page of the current estimated turnaround time. This is is usually around 5-7 working days depending on the time of year. This allows us to realistically make, dry, paint and pack orders with care!
